One of our main activities is Thermal cleaning, or so called pyrolysis. WBT-Electron is cleaning products and parts fouled with rubber, ebonite, polymers coatings and other hydrocarbons.

The equipment is consisting of furnaces using pyrolysis and fluidized bed technics.

Products to be cleaned from hydrocarbons are heated up in an oxygen free environment until approximately 450C. Hydrocarbons will start to degrade and evaporate. The pyrolysis gasses are led through an incinerator and scrubber in order to meet todays emission standards.  WBT-

For specific objects, such as heat exchangers we have a great experience in thermal cleaning under inert atmosphere. This technology is enabling us to clean large objects controlled.
