WBT-Electron is unique in stationary furnace sizes almost all road transportable products can be treated with us. If the dimensions or weight are not allowing transportation we van offer a temporary annealing furnace to carry out on site works.

Through our different size of furnaces and our broad experience we can offer you a complete portfolio of heat treatment services. From small products and “low” temperatures to large sized objects and ‘high’ temperatures upto 1400C. High temperature annealing, so called normalizing or solution annealing can be followed by forced air cooling, and water or Fog Quenching.

Solution annealing and Fog Quenchin is applicable to certain materials in order to prevent the formation of Cromium carbides responsible for Crack corrosion.
