Fog Quenching is developed for the purpose of forced cooling of large objects. Quenching in water is well known but not suitable or available due to oversized or critical objects.
The principle is cooling with forced air with adding high pressurized water and air mixture.Microscopic small droplets close to evaporation phase are influencing the forced cooling by a large factor.
WBT-Electron has further developed Fog Quenching in order to adapt for every size of object. Fog Quenching has proven to be a high added value for large objects in order to obtain the very best corrosion resistance.
